Feature Request: ScreenOff

Hi, the LG OLED TV's (at least my C2) can do a "ScreenOff" function that turns off the screen but rest of the TV is operational. This is useful to mimic Standby function in a normal monitor. The lgtv command I was using before had a function for it, but alga only has turn on and off function. Could you add a "screenOff" command, ie alga power screenOff

I haven't got an OLED TV myself, so it's not something I've had a need for. I'll work with @jflaflamme to get the feature added via #7.

I have just released version 1.1.0 which now has alga power screen-on and alga power screen-off commands, thanks to @jflaflamme!
