[Large] Use structured format for "availability" days

Right now when we ask recipients for their availability its just a free text field that they can fill in. This is great for them, but tricky for us because we'd like to allow Chefs to be able to filter by the availability to find days/times that work for them, but we can't parse the free form text.

If we had a structured format instead, we could allow chefs to filter by it, I imagine something like a bunch of checkboxes like "Friday 8am - 12pm", "Friday 12pm - 4pm", "Friday 4pm - 8pm", "Saturday 8am - 12pm", etc. Then we could provide those same checkboxes in the filter list for chefs/deliverers and let them filter down by the times they're available

Thanks for the offer @tibet5 but I'd like to pause on this issue for a little bit first. We'll need to think through the impact that it'll have on our volunteers and recipients a bit more and there are some organizational changes that might see us offering availability on other days like Monday-Thursday.
