Installation

###################### CLEAN INSTALLATION ######################################
1. Start up MongoDb using the mongod command (make sure the SnoBall database is deleted)
2. Start up AtheneREST using python3.6           (python3.6 AtheneREST.py)
3. Start up Anton by going into the Execute folder and run (./run.sh or run.exe)
4. First run insert_into_athene.py this file can be found in the Execute folder
    this will fill the MongoDb with all relevent entries, make sure all the necessary files (.csv etc.) are inside Execute/papers
5. Secondly run insert_into_anton.py this file can ve found in the Execute folder
    this will index all the papers (which were stored in MongoDb)
6. Start up Odin.py which can be found in the Odin folder. This start the webserver
7. Start SNOBALLING!

###################### Start up system ########################################
Note. this can only be done if the system already is filled using the steps described in CLEAN INSTALLATION
1. Start up MongoDB using mongod
2. Start up AtheneREST.py using python3.6           (python3.6 AtheneREST.py)
3. Start up Anton by going into the Execute folder and run (./run.sh or run.exe)
4. Start up Odin.py
5. Start SNOBALLING!
