Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.

Despite being referred to in the EnableSiliconCompat config, by default ProjectRed silicone does not seem to work, probably because it doesn't have ore dictionary support by default.

Describe the solution you'd like

Explicitly include ProjectRed silicone in recipes.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually doing this with CraftTweaker, but having this as a default behaviour would benefit other modpacks.

Minecraft Version is this regarding?

1.12.2

yea, the correct to do here is to apply oredict on said item, i just confirmed that it don't have oredict
