Need ability to schedule emails on a repeating or scheduled basis.

Detect when event is upcoming and send email ahead auotmatically (3 Days before? and gameday)
Arbitrary scheduling (Send at this date, this time for this event)
Email individuals

ThrowsException added the enhancement label
