With importing from other sources elements like MAIL, TEL, ADR may not have a parameter "TYPE=".
With those cases an appropriated default should be used, eg MAIL:[email protected] should become EMAIL;TYPE=HOME:[email protected].
Default parameters have to be defined with separate 'default' or 'settings' store.
