Changing project name with special characters

When I change the project name by clicking on the name on the project's page, inserting special characters like " and & cause problems. For & after changing the name another click on the name shows & in the input line instead. Furthermore, the form is updated incorrectly (escaped HTML is shown) just as in #2051.

This problem still exists, I have a project called 'Name's birthday' and this creates and stores actions on a somewhat dup project - the problem materialises when I add via the form on the RHS.
