tryTwice_pull_and_tidy
which, as the name, make a first attempt and if errored it makes a second one to pull the bed streaming and tidying it. The issue it solves generate by consistently error in the first time reading from that connection. (#3) - Setup onStart to setup and cleanup globally parallel environment and workers, and status fiels (now by default the app uses 4 parallel processes to manage the modules and the main application).
