This documents give you a brief intro of some useful internal packages we have built. You still need to go to each packages to learn more, but I hope this can give you a intro and help you find things.

## medicareR

[medicareR](https://github.com/UMCSTaR/medicareR) is a data management package to process medicare data. The analysts usually don't need to use this package. Data manager used this to process incoming medicare data annually.

## medicareAnalytics

[medicareAnalytics](https://github.com/UMCSTaR/medicareAnalytics) is a toolkit package that includes some commonly used data manipulation and visualization functions.
