Things that need to be done for deployment:

Github Action that deploys CDK stack
Github Action that builds container image and then deploys it to public ECR and GitHub container registry
Finish the CDK stack
- Define SSM Parameter store for bot token (secure string)
- Finish App Runner construct
- Define Lambda functions and DynamoDB tables
