Portal not loading on IE11 #505

When viewing the portal using IE11, all the user sees is the custom loader indefinitely.

Console log:

Steps to reproduce:

launch IE11
navigate to dev.ussforbit.us
notice all you see is the custom loader
go to /login and you can get to the login screens and authenticate successfully but once you do, it goes back to the custom loader and you never make it to the portal home screen.
