To explain what I meant:
In D20 (i.e. Pathfinder) systems, whenever you want to do something that isn't trivial, you have to make a "skill check", a test of your characters skill. You roll a d20, add the skill you're checking, and see if it beats a certain number (called the DC, which represents the diffuculty). If you beat the DC, it worked; if you didn't, it failed; if the die rolled a 20, you suceeded really well no matter what (called a "critical success"); and if it rolled a 1, you fail and something awful happens to you and you take a -1 penalty to Number Of Limbs.
When something awful is about to happen to you, you have the chance to make a "save", which is really just a glorified check (but you get a +10 bonus), to try to avoid/mitigate the awful thing. There are three types of saves in PF: reflex (dexterity, for dodging anvil clouds and GM intervention), will (intelligence?, for resisting the urge to murder your party members) and fortitude (constitution, for desperately smearing healing potions into your gushing limb-stumps).
My suggestion is that these could be worked into the plugin, for example:
<some_guy> What the hell is this http://is.gd/BFiZsW
<jimj316> Holy crap I want that :O
<jimj316> Nnnngh so expensive, and it would make me a virgin forever
* jimj316 makes a will 20 save
<Ultros> jimj316: roll (2) + intelligence (4) + 10 = 16 < 20. You failed!
<jimj316> DAMNIT
* jimj316 throws money at the screen
