Description

The user's email needs to be verified if it exists in the database, and the appropriate scenarios which have been assigned to him by all lecturers needs to be displayed
@djos192 @JordanBlenn @wjin-lee to discuss implementation further.

Aborting - we are currently just sending out scenarios via links with no assigned scenarios as that is not in the MVP.
