As a player,
I want to see the home page and information about the amazing race/rules.

Description:

Create the home page with information about the rules.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Home page created

Definition of Done:

  • AC met
  • Applicable tests written
  • Applicable documentation is written in GH wiki
  • PR reviewed
  • Merged into main/feature branch
