Acceptance Criteria

Calls the Get single checker page endpoint #109 endpoint to fetch the page config data
Uses the fetched page config data to configure the checker page component
Calls the Check membership status endpoint #70 endpoint when clicking the 'check' button
The membership status of users is displayed after clicking the 'check' button
The page lives on the route '/checker-page-weblink-id'
