Description: Staff members should have the ability to document the activities clients participate in within the application. These activities can range from arts, to exercise, to games and more. Each activity should have the ability to add multiple clients to it, as well as to attach any photos or videos taken during the event.

Hypothesis: By moving to a digital medium, documentation will be easier to organize and analyze.
