Description: Staff members should have the ability to document the activities clients participate in within the application. These activities can range from arts, to exercise, to games and more. Each activity should have the ability to add multiple clients to it, as well as to attach any photos or videos taken during the event.
Design: TO BE CREATED
User Problem: Staff members currently document all activities on paper, which makes this documentation hard to keep track of and to perform analytics on.
User Outcome:

  • Hypothesis: By moving to a digital medium, documentation will be easier to organize and analyze.

  • Risks: Digital documentation is too complicated for the staff members, thus harder to organize and analyze

Personas:

  • Staff: Creating documentation for clients participating in activities
  • Caregiver: Viewing the staffs documentation

Dependence on: NONE
Acceptance Criteria: Staff can successfully document any given activity and link clients to it within the application.
Environments: Implementation for this epic is both front-end and back-end.
Nonfunctional requirements: User friendly. Responsive. Robust. Extensible
Architecture: TO BE CREATED
Exclusion: Nothing to be noted so far.
