URL parameters in href to course feeds are not encoded #24

When a feed provides an href anything in the query of the URL should be URL encoded; however the URL returned includes unescaped items such as:

link rel="subsection" href="/opds/course/?id=http://www.ustadmobile.com/um-tincan/course/29"

The parameters of query need to be encoded.
