EPUB upload fails when title has space #25

If an epub file is uploaded that has a space in the title the upload will fail (removing the space from the title removes the issue).

Title should be able to include any valid UTF-8 and XML entities (& etc)

Seems to fixed at present; just uploaded epubs (e.g. id 2867) which has a space in the title without any problem.
