Look into the OpenRefine Reconciliation API specification to understand if an implementation could be interesting to reconcile WASH organizations

I keep running into these when looking for services. Seems like the logical conclusion is to run your own if you are a heavy user. Also: https://github.com/codeforkjeff/conciliator#conciliator
