Improve the keyword logic. add more keywords

Commit 108af37 works towards this, ideally improve this further

Something I'd also like is an easy way to have an overall config-set MOTD, and a customizable variable within that can be set using a command. So the overall MOTD stays the same day-to-day, but a "latest news" bit can be updated programmatically or via command.
