Elevation profile for route information view

Discuss and refer to waymarkedtrails#79.

Primarily using Kartverket service, but longer term more universal solution should use free dataset, SRTM or possibly ASTER.

http://www.pistes-nordiques.org/ uses SRTM, and are on Github.

What about routes that do not go from A to B?

Need one bigger/detailed graphic for the route information view, and one very small one for each entry in the route list.

Basic only for proof of concept milestone.

Proof of concept is commited in the profile branch. Need some input now before I continue.
