Allow the User to Make a Request from the app

This actually wouldn't be super hard... there are two ways to make a request... call the station or tweet at @wxyc_requests. Would be cool to make a request button that allows the user to choose their method, then connects them to the Twitter app or initiates a call on their phone. I don't think this would be super hard.
