In order to implement the home page, we need:

• Shared page header
• Shared page footer

@dbernar1 Do you want me to PR the Shared Header and Footer part? I can make it simple with no design as a boilerplate for someone else to work on top of it.

I mean, to make it like the current site. You have all the js and HTML to make it look exactly like it does - available in the current site.

I can make it that way too, I just want to leave room for others to contribute. I asked not to collide with you if you are working on it. But I can definitely do that.

I see. I figured it might be something like that. I'm not familiar with what the new organizers have in mind for who to involve, so you might have to ask them.

I'm not currently planning to write any of the code - for the same reason you said.
