Prebuilt Docker image support will be deprecated

In the past we provided a prebuilt Docker image for FINN, for users that need offline access or have troubles building the Docker image: https://finn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html#using-a-prebuilt-image

Please be aware, that this feature will most likely be deprecated in the next FINN release.
