Last Parking Full Time on Weekends Seems to be Fetching Wrong Data? #152

Describe the bug

With the latest change, LastParkingFullTime is fetching the current date -7 day's parking full time
On weekend days, not sure if it's because the missing of weekends' parking full time data, the data fetched may be a default data on week day? (since I don't think on saturday it will park full, and it's not 调休)
