Fixes #319

Update the project license to prohibit commercialization.

  • Replace the Apache License 2.0 text in LICENSE with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license text.
  • Add a note at the top of the LICENSE file stating that the project is licensed under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
  • Add a section in README.md mentioning that the project is licensed under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
  • Add a note in README.md stating that the project cannot be used for commercial purposes.
