Import error

I'm getting the following error message when I try to run the app
ImportError: cannot import name 'data_preprocess' from 'bsoid_app'

I'm on an institution-managed computer, so maybe it is caused by not having admin access? Is there another reason why I might be seeing this error message?

Update: I tried running this on a personal computer and I ran into the same problem. Does anyone else have this error?
