BungeeCord Join / Leave messages with Placeholder Suuport

Description of feature request:

I'm not sure if this is possible, but I would like to have join and leave messages, as well as a switch message (if possible) to be broadcasted on all backend servers on a network if they have CMI installed, with PAPI support. I've seen a couple of plugins that do this, but none of them incorporate placeholders into the mesasage, it only shows the player's name.
