[Request] Attachcommand ignore & bypass

Hey,
can you add cmi.command.attachcommand.ignore permission for ignore any interactions from attachcommand by other players? For example if I have attached "heal [interactedPlayer]" but interacted player has this permission, that player won't be healed.
Practical usage: support team cannot interact with attachcommand admin team.

Also add cmi.command.attachcommand.ignore.bypass for bypass previous permission.
