Description of issue or feature request:

IGNORE IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A FEATURE REQUEST

Could be nice to have the %cmi_user_bungeeserver% toggleable if players wish to.
And that the %cmi_user_bungeeserver% doens't show on the same server.
(Notch and Steve are on server 1. Bacon is on server 2 when Notch sends a message Notch and Steve doenst see the %cmi_user_bungeeserver% in the chat couse they are on the same server, but Bacon does see the %cmi_user_bungeeserver% in chat cuz he is on a diffrent server.
Can you do that?
Also would be cool to be able to make a part of the chat format hoverable.
So they have to hover over an icon or the playername to vieuw that part.
