Feature Request - Chat Channels with own config

I would like to request a feature.

Chat Channels with their own config settings, like maybe someone wants to have a staff chat channel that goes across bungeecord but doesn't want the default channel to do so.
kind of like HeroChat but allowing server owners to have full control over how each channel looks with chat format.
Auto join channels on join and the ability to see a chat but not talk in it.
create channels on the fly with in-game commands
