Where did you find this file please? I have

BungeeCord:

Generatena new databaseinfo.yml you will see there are no bungecord settings in it.they are part of config

Here the databaseinfo.yml

If you have no clue what these values do, then keep it at default values

I meant what was this used for?

Autorenconnect reconnect if server lost connection to your mysql.
Some mysql use ssl to authentify
And some want a cerfiticate from server

Usually you can let these values on their Default value cause not needee in most cases.
