Clear Inventory Options

Hey!

Just wondering how the ClearInventory excluding thing works. In the config, it says to use NBTPath however I'm not entirely sure how it works. I want it to clear the inventory for everything except "backpack" from Minepacks. It is a head with a name and is a playerhead. I included the NBT data. Any ideas?
