I am reaching out to request significant enhancements to the chat functionality within the CMI plugin, which currently lacks the flexibility and customization options necessary for finely-tuned server management. The primary issue lies in the inability to individually configure settings for different types of chats—local, global, and private messages—within the plugin's configuration.

The improvements I propose are as follows:

Group-Specific Chat Settings: Implement the ability to configure chat settings by group, such as local, global, and private messages. This would allow for more granular control over chat behavior and presentation.

Customizable Chat Formats: Allow each chat group (local, global, private messages) to have its customizable default format, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all format. This includes setting unique cooldowns, symbols for chat activation, and notification sounds for each chat type.

Cooldowns for Chat Messages: Introduce cooldown periods for each chat group, preventing spam and allowing for a more manageable chat experience.

Enhanced Private Messaging: Expand the customization options for private messages to include the same level of detailed settings as other chat types. Additionally, introduce a /spy feature to enable administrators to monitor private conversations for moderation purposes, ensuring community guidelines are upheld.

These enhancements would greatly improve the functionality and user experience of the CMI plugin's chat feature, allowing server administrators to tailor the chat experience to their specific needs and maintain a positive and orderly server environment.
