Hologram - heads and additional animation

As far as the wiki goes, the following features are not currently possible, this suggestion makes it possible to have a new hologram display way that adds actual heads (currently it's being added as if it's an item, which is not what my suggestion is about). Please view the video to be able to understand more as to what I'm suggesting ( includes both animation and the head, do ignore the fact that I can't press on the hologram since that's not supposed to happen ):

apparently only possible with new display method (for head, still couldn't figure out animation) so I'd like to suggest allowing old server version to be able to do this too.
