Add some placeholders for alert

Hello I need to get the alert status of some users, both online and offline, I'd like to have new placeholders like:

%cmi_user_alert% - Should return either the value "as is" from the db column or simply a boolean
%cmi_user_alert_reason% - Should return a string with the reason, if it's not specified should return something like "None"

And for offline players:

%cmi_p_[playerName]_alert%
%cmi_p_[playerName]_reason%

Obviously these are the only ones that I personally need, feel free to add more placeholders related to the Alert command
