CMI color chat (Global and local)

I can't define a color for each chat, for example, for a local chat it's gray, and for a global chat it's white.

Chat:
localPrefix: '&7[ʟ] '
shoutPrefix: '&b[ɢ] '

GeneralFormat: '{prefix}&f{displayName}&7: &r{message}'
GeneralMessageFormat: '{message}'

I found a similar question, but it didn't work out. When trying to fix everything, the letters G and L do not appear at the beginning of the message, but after the prefix and name.
