Dissapearing shulkerboxes

Describe the bug
When the shulkerbox is mined in the residence, sometimes the shulkerbox disappears.
Many players reported this issue in the past; it always happens only in the residence areas.

To Reproduce
Its hard to reproduce, because it happens only sometimes, maybe when there is a little lag or IDK why exactly, but there are more than 10 players, who reported this issue on my server.
