There is no audit report, which makes it impossible to verify the security of smart contracts.
Are there any parts of the audits where contracts from this repository are checked?

The core protocol codebase and tests are here (which includes WrappedTokenGateway / reward contracts previously maintained in aave-v3-periphery) and all audits are listed here
