I use GitHub PAT (Personal Access Token) and ticked the checkbox "Store in Secure Store" but every succeeding commits, it still asks me for Username and Token. Is this a bug?

We have checked the behavior against steampunk trial system TRL and it seems to be working fine in various scenarios we have tested.
Could you please provide any additional information so that we could reproduce the issue, like,
plugin version,
any errors in the eclipse error log after clicking "OK" on the dialog,
if the credentials are stored successfully while linking a repository or pulling changes.

Additionally, please check the "Secure Storage" preferences in eclipse to check whether the credentials are being successfully saved for your repository.
You'll find an entry for your repository under "abapGit" node for Default Secure Storage.
