Allow restarting workflow from given point

As discussed, you wanted to add a command line option or some kind of logging to allow to start the workflow again from a given point after an error.
E.g. if the workflow A -> B -> C runs but aborts in B, it would be great to be able to start the workflow from B (after fixing the issue) instead of starting again from A.
