This is an issue because underlying packages (ably-cocoa and ably-java) do not use the state returned by the Ably servers (bugs ably/ably-cocoa#1162 and ably/ably-java#697). Once this is fixed, ably-flutter will update the versions of these dependencies to pass the bug fixes to ably-flutter users.

This seems to be blocked by ably/specification#25
