How to change language?

I cant find the config for changing the language. Help pls.

@Greez2k5 The language depends on the ServerLanguage option in your csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/configs/core.json configuration. If the plugin does not support your language, you can create a corresponding language file in the lang directory of the cs2-rockthevote plugin. Then, in the game, use the !lang xxx command to switch the language option (e.g., for English, type !lang en).

I just translated the Plugin to German and wanted to try it. Good chance to translate even more Plugins =)
Btw.: How can i upload the translated file? I am new to Github and dont know how to do it.

Because the original author of cs2-rockthevote hasn’t updated it for a long time.
Do you mean you don’t know how to upload files? Then how did you get the plugin?

Damn! So i just installed an old version? I dont think the language file will be the same.. The old version is working fine for me. I wont update it untill it stops running. I meant i dont know how to submit the files on Github. Where i have to go (Code/Issues/Pull request/etc). I know how to uplaod files ;) But i am not sure how Github works.
When the old version stops working and i have to update, i will translate the new one. Maybe if if someone asks me to translate it to German i will do it. But at the moment i think there is no need to.

@Greez2k5 There is a user in the PR who submitted a Finnish translation, but it has not been merged by the plug-in author for 8 months. I think you will encounter the same situation when you submit a German translation.
