Configuration/Preferences dialogs could be merged.
They miss a way to disable/list all ignored packages: There is an option to ignore all further crashes of Application X so there should be a way to undo this.
It would be useful to add one single preferences window (instead of 2 called "ABRT Configuration" and "Preferences"). I think a 2-paned window like the gnome-abrt main window or gnome-tweak-tool would be ideal. The left pane should contain a list of selectable items:
