In particular, the reporting should not occur in a separate window. I know this is a big design change, but hopefully this can be managed in a way that works for Anaconda, SELinux, and other problem report creators as well.

I think we probably want to either get rid of the "add screencast" functionality, or else use gnome-shell's Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R screencaster instead, since the current one is pretty confusing (not simply confusing in how it's integrated into ABRT, but also confusing to use separately as well). If you want to keep screencasts I would have a button "Add Screencast" above or below "Details"

The new window isn't the issue. The issue is that the two dialogs look nothing alike.
