Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the history of hearbeats is stored on the task.

Describe the feature you are requesting, as well as the possible use case(s) for it.

It would be better to have last heartbeat stored on the task and history of hearbeats on a separate endpoint.

Indicate the importance of this feature to you.
