[FEATURE REQUEST] Add an option to generate CAA record

Add an option in acme.sh to generate CAA dns records for domains.
CAA records containing the authorized CA and the authorized account would help a lot.

This feature could be like "ssh-keygen -r domain.tld" .
You then just have to copy paste it in your zone.

Please upgrade to the latest code and try again first. Maybe it's already fixed. acme.sh --upgrade If it's still not working, please provide the log with --debug 2, otherwise, nobody can help you.
