发现手动域名模式续签证书失败的问题，供参考

按照文档https://github.com/acmesh-official/acme.sh/wiki/dns-manual-mode操作，--renew后生成的证书过期时间还是旧证书的过期时间，这时可以删除.acme/域名，这个路径重新生成一次就可以。
