Support Mageia for selfhosted and GitHub runners

This idea does NOT automatically mean that I feel hatred against using Ubuntu, however... I'd like to see that

jobs:

if: github.event.repository.owner.id == github.event.sender.id
runs-on: ubuntu-latest

also could be changed to use mageia-latest.
Would that be possible?
