Skip to transcript button not working

A script to transcript button is implemented within the component, but it currently isn't triggering anything. We had a similar issue with the media component and this was the solution.
adaptlearning/adapt_framework#2427

Your environment

• Adapt v5.40.7
• Vimeo v3.2.2

Steps to reproduce

Using keyboard controls, attempt to select the skip to transcript button.

Expected behaviour

Keyboard selection should take your focus to the transcript button.

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens.
